Vacancy Artistic Director MA Festival

MA Festival is look­ing for a new Artistic Director start­ing form 1 January 2026. 

MA Festival (Festival van Vlaanderen Bruges) is a lead­ing inter­na­tion­al music fes­ti­val ded­i­cat­ed to ear­ly music in dia­logue with today. The ten-day fes­ti­val takes place annu­al­ly in August in and around Bruges and is sup­port­ed by a moti­vat­ed and well-orga­nized team. In addi­tion, MA Festival orga­nizes the inter­na­tion­al MA Competition.

As Artistic Director, you will shape the artis­tic vision of MA Festival. Your per­spec­tive on ear­ly music and how it should relate to the world of today and tomor­row ensures that the fes­ti­val remains rel­e­vant with­in an inter­na­tion­al con­text. You will lead the fes­ti­val togeth­er with the Managing Director under the super­vi­sion of the board.
