Juilliard415
The Perks of being a Wallflower

Led by Anna Danilevskaia, Juilliard415’s top young musicians explore the boundaries of medieval music. In the beautiful St Anne’s Church, they perform works by composers such as Giovanni de Macque, Matteo da Perugia, Josquin Desprez and Pomponio Nenna whose music was often on the sideline at the end of the Middle Ages and the beginning of the Renaissance. They experimented in their compositions, creating an eccentric and innovative sound. Discover some well-known and lesser-known outsiders during this unconventional concert.
