Early instru­ments with a con­tem­po­rary twist, that is the start­ing point of Elina Albach’s project Phantasticus Electrified. The result is a baroque sound bath with an unex­pect­ed­ly mod­ern twist. Albach explores the spa­tial­i­ty and sonorous tones of the music of the ear­ly baroque Stylus Fantasticus and mod­ern music from com­posers such as Donnacha Dennehy. This results in a sur­pris­ing (and) fresh per­spec­tive on the world of ear­ly music!
