Belgian gui­tarist Emma Wills and Canadian cel­list Octavie Dostaler­ — Lalonde on stage – a dream com­bi­na­tion! MA Festival has there­fore unit­ed these two ris­ing stars, espe­cial­ly for this con­cert. Performing works by Clara and Robert Schumann, Friedrich Dotzauer, Frédéric Burgmüller, Fanny Hensel Mendelssohn and Franz Schubert, the duo reveal the diver­si­ty of the Romantic reper­toire for gui­tar and cel­lo. In the Schouwburg foy­er Emma Wills and Octavie Dostaler­Lalonde bring the inti­mate beau­ty and charm of a bygone era back to life.
