Alexei Lubimov enters the pianis­tic uni­verse of Erik Satie and John Cage, two vision­ary com­posers with a bound­less imag­i­na­tion. Their music engages in a pas de deux with the colour­ful images pro­ject­ed through a mag­ic lantern by artist Louise Moaty. The spec­ta­tor is trans­port­ed to a dream world gov­erned by poet­ry, fan­ta­sy and child­like enchantment.
