For instance, Debussy ded­i­cat­ed his cheer­ful suite Children’s Corner to his daugh­ter, while Kurt.g’s Jatekók evokes the spon­tane­ity of a child at the key­board. Just like Schumann’s Album für die Jugend and Bart.k’s For Children, these works delve deep­er than their sim­plic­i­ty suggests.
